| The
Homebuilders Advisory Council of Northern Westchester,
Putnam and Dutchess Counties (HBAC) - There
are many issues affecting homebuilders and developers
in the Westchester and Mid-Hudson Region. The Homebuilders
Advisory Council, in conjunction with the Builders
Institute (BI), its base organization, addresses
those topics.
Whether it's dealing with local, state or county
governments, relationships with sub-contractors,
suppliers and/or professionals, or the complicated
aspects industry members face in our region, the
HBAC consistently works for its membership.
The HBAC, in coordination with the BI, focuses
on land-use, planning, building codes and dealings
with state regulatory agencies.
Industry members involved in the building of
homes, apartments or condominiums, or the sub-division
of land in Putnam, Northern Westchester and Dutchess,
look toward the HBAC.
