CCAC Fair Housing Training – Westchester County
Under Section 700.21-a of the Laws of Westchester County, all board members of housing cooperatives are required to undergo a minimum of two hours of fair housing training every two years. Since the law is new this year, existing board members have 9 months in which to undergo their initial training while incoming board members will have to be trained within 60 days of taking their position on the board.

The next session will take place on Zoom on Wednesday, May 17th from 6:00-8:00 pm.
