 ng board members have 9 months in which to undergo their initial training (
 by May 1\, 2022) while incoming board members will have to be trained withi
 n 60 days of taking their position on the board.</p><p><strong>The first se
 ssion will take place on Zoom on Thursday\, August 12 at 6:00-8:00 pm.</str

 board of directors whose co-op is a dues-paying member of the CCAC. If you

 ll the BRI office at 914-273-0730.</p><p>The CCAC of the Building & Realty 
 Institute has designed this program to be compliant with the minimum standa
 rd requirements as published by the Westchester County Human Rights Commiss
 ion. Topics to be covered include:</p><p>* A discussion of housing discrimi
 nation under local\, state\, and federal law\;<br />* A discussion of prote
 cted classes and characteristics under local\, state\, and federal law\;<br
  />* The obligations and responsibilities of members of governing boards to
  adhere to fair housing laws\, including in the evaluation of applicants\, 
 the evaluation of requests for reasonable accommodations\, and other common
  scenarios\; and<br />* The role of local\, state\, and federal agencies in
