At the end of September, the negotiations teams of the BRI and 32BJ reached a tentative agreement on a new 4-year contract. The contract has been ratified by the union and is now in effect. We are hosting two webinars with Labor Counsel Matt Persanis, Esq. on what’s in the contract, what are the major changes over the previous contract, and what are the elements from the previous contract which are still in effect, but which typically prompt the most questions.
