We plan to honor two important people as part of the proceedings:

  • Martin Ginsburg, founder of Ginsburg Development Companies. A past BRI President and member since the 1970s, Martin has spent more than 60 years shaping communities across Westchester and the Hudson Valley through leadership, vision, and design excellence. From transformative waterfront developments to vibrant mixed-use communities, Martin’s work has redefined how people live and connect throughout the region.
  • Cynthia B. Knox, Esq., the CEO of Caring for the Hungry and Homeless of Peekskill (CHHOP). CHHOP works to alleviate hunger and homelessness in Peekskill, New York, and its surrounding areas. Cynthia’s social justice work spans more than three decades, with 20-plus years of nonprofit executive experience working on behalf of low-income individuals, and she has proven to be a critical ally for the BRI with the Welcome Home Westchester campaign and as a coalition partner for the BRI’s other advocacy efforts at reducing homelessness and promoting affordable and supportive housing.
  • The master of ceremonies for our event will be stand-up comic Regina DeCicco.
