Our Topic Will Be “Today’s Landscape for Energy Efficiency and Solar Incentives”
Government policy and national political debates have muddled the message on how many incentives are still available for energy efficiency and clean energy projects, including solar. In New York State in general and the Hudson Valley in particular, there is still a lot of funding and options for multifamily energy efficiency projects through programs offered by Con Edison, Central Hudson, National Grid (gas), and NYSERDA. There are also active incentive programs in New York State for both individual property owners and multifamily and commercial operators looking to insulate themselves from high utility bills by investing in solar.
We’ll feature two speakers on the current landscape of available funding that will reduce the capital expenditure burdens for property owners.
