Listening Session — Collective Bargaining Group (Labor Negotiations)
As you know, the contract with 32BJ SEIU expires at the end of September 2026. The BRI coordinates collective bargaining on behalf of property owners, co-ops, condos, and managing agents from throughout the Hudson Valley region.
Our Labor Negotiations Committee would like to hear from YOU on the issues with the current contract that you may be experiencing, your ideas on how to improve on the current contract, and some of the major factors — economic or otherwise — that are affecting your buildings and your communities.
To that end, we have set up three “listening sessions” — 2 on Zoom and one in-person — to hear directly from you on the issues you’re experiencing with the current contract. Please register in advance so we know to expect you!
