Join us for our first in-person meeting of the year for the Cooperative and Condominium Advisory Council!
Our Topic Will Be: “The Do’s and Don’ts of Capital Improvement Projects”
Did you comply with your operative documents, do you have the financial plan to pay for it, do you subrogate or not? These are just some of the issues that our professional panel will address as they guide you through the difficult issues concerning the capital improvement process. Learn how to be protected for when things go wrong, which they often do! Our speakers will be ready with answers for unexpected questions from your co-op or condo community.

We’ll begin with the program at 5:30 PM.
We’ll concludes with a networking reception and continuing the conversation at approximately 6:30 PM. Hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be served.
