This is a joint meeting for members of both opens in a new windowThe Building & Realty Institute and opens in a new windowBuilding and Allied Construction Industries of Westchester, which is the local affiliate for the National Association of Homebuilders and the New York State Builders Association.

We’ll begin with informal networking and discussion at 5:00 PM.
The main program will begin at 6:00 PM.

Price is $30 for dues-paying members, $45 for non-members. 

Our Topic Will Be “80 Years of Leadership in Housing”

This year, we’re celebrating 80 incredible years of the BRI, our members, and our mission to advocate for the best interests of the realty industry to government and the community, to provide knowledge and resources to our members, and to create opportunities for our members to build relationships and improve their businesses. An indispensible component of our success has been the extraordinary leaders who volunteered their time and their talents to support the organization and the homebuilders, remodelers, contractors, property owners, co-op and condo board members, managing agents, suppliers, service providers, and subcontractors who are part of our pro-housing and pro-smart growth community. We’ll host a very special panel of Past Presidents of the BRI to reflect on how our region has changed, what were the big challenges and opportunities were during their time as president, and what their hopes are for the BRI and economic development in our region in the future.
