Based on our discussion at the last event, this session is built around what you specifically named: second-guessing decisions, letting go of control, and following through under pressure. This is part presentation and part mastermind. Aimee Ritell, owner of Intwinely, will bring three simple lenses – Decide, Delegate, Deliver – and use them to workshop real challenges from the room, together. Come ready to share something you’re working through or recently experienced; we’ll dig into it live as a group. What’s shared in the room stays in the room.
