The BRI is hosting an online, members-only Sexual Harassment Prevention Training on two dates in 2026. The same content will be presented in each, and each counts towards your requirements under New York State law.

These trainings are interactive workshops conduced by labor law attorney Matt Persanis of Elefante & Persanis, LLP. They satisfy the requirements of the New York state mandate that all employees be trained annually in sexual harassment prevention, and you will receive documentation for your files that the training was completed by the employees who attended.

Each training will be at 9:00 am on Zoom. A video camera on each trainee’s computer, tablet, or smartphone is required for participation. Each training takes approximately 90 minutes.

They are open to all BRI member businesses or buildings (condos or co-ops) that are current in their dues. The cost is $25 per attendee.
