At the BRI, our practice is “A Member of One Is a Member of All.” Though this is a event specifically requested by property managing agents, you are welcome to attend if you are a landlord, a co-op or condo board member, a developer, or anyone else with an interest in the topic!

The Con Edison Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program provides free direct install energy conservation measures in the apartments of participating buildings, and offers incentives for the installation of a variety of energy upgrades to building systems and common areas. Con Ed works with building owners, property managers, tenants, government stakeholders and utilities to identify and implement energy efficiency measures including audits, efficient interior and exterior lighting, Energy Star appliances, weatherization and upgraded and energy efficient air conditioning or HVAC equipment. Come hear a presentation from the Con Edison team, and also learn what else Con Edison is doing in your neck of the woods.
