Join us for our June General Membership Meeting!

This is a joint meeting for members of both The Building & Realty Institute and Building and Allied Construction Industries of Westchester, which is the local affiliate for the National Association of Homebuilders and the New York State Builders Association.

We’ll begin with informal networking and discussion at 5:00 PM.
The main program will begin at 6:00 PM.

Price is $30 for dues-paying members, $45 for non-members. 

Our Topic Will Be “Westchester County’s Programs for Development, Contractors, and Rehabilitation”

Westchester County has considerable resources devoted to promoting the development of affordable housing, supporting infrastructure and economic development, promoting responsible contractors and remodelers while protecting the public from unscrupulous and unreliable “man in a van” operators, and administering state mandates, including the recently enacted Lead Rental Registry affecting tenants and property owners in ZIP codes 10550, 10801, 10701 and 10705. 

We’ll review the lasted from the County’s Departments of Planning, Health, and Consumer Protection, what incentives and funding is available, and how these programs can help your business, company, or organization.
