The FY2023 state budget is being hotly negotiated between the Assembly, the Senate, and the Governor, including both major positives and potential catastrophes for homebuilding and real estate in the Hudson Valley. Wetlands, Brownfield tax credits, required electrification of new homes, transit-oriented development, funding for new co-ops, and much more is on the table. Our experts will guide you through the current state of play, what issues may be lurking when the budget is complete (including Good Cause Eviction), and what you can do to help shape the outcome.Speakers:
