Join us for a special conversation with two of Westchester County’s most accomplished legislators. Due to term limits, both former Chair Boykin and Legislator Parker are in their twelfth and final year on the Board of Legislators — and what an astounding 12 years it has been. In their tenure, they have been in the minority, in the majority, and in leadership. They have helped steer the County through a bond rating downgrade and upgrade, through the shock of COVID-19 and the grind of a once-in-a-generation surge in inflation, through huge strides forward in economic development and housing production, and the devestation of extreme weather events like Hurricane Ida. BRI’s Associate Exeucitve Director Jeff Hanley, the host of our podcast series Building Knowledge, will host an intimate conversation about their experiences, the highlights of their tenure, their personal accomplishments, and what they see for the future of Westchester County.

Please note this is also our Annual Membership Meeting of the Building & Realty Institute of the Hudson Valley. We will conduct official BRI business during the course of this meeting, most importantly a vote by the membership on the 2026 Boards of Directors for three of the component councils.
